Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Salesforce Lead Developer to join our innovative IT CRM Business Applications team. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively with technical architects, functional area leaders, and subject matter experts to design and implement progressive business solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end development of tailored enterprise applications and oversee system data integration and migration (ETL).
- Design and implement real-time integration APIs, perform unit testing, and generate comprehensive documentation.
- Manage daily responsibilities, including report generation and administrative configuration adjustments.
- Develop customized solutions within Salesforce (Lightning Framework) and other object-oriented enterprise applications (Java).
- Configure and sustain declarative Salesforce functionalities such as reporting and page layouts.
- Conduct regression testing for new and existing features prior to user deployment.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings to communicate progress and tackle any challenges.
- Collaborate with senior team members to assess system requirements, gather necessary insights, and assist in prioritization and execution (including training and documentation).
- Produce and maintain documentation to support and manage newly developed applications or integrations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and development.
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Certified Platform Developer 1.
- Familiarity with database models and querying languages (e.g., SQL, HQL).
- Knowledge of web development languages (e.g., CSS, HTML, jQuery, JSP).
- Proficiency in integration and ETL technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica, Salesforce Dataloader).
- Practical experience with marketing automation technologies (e.g., ExactTarget, Marketo, Eloqua).
- Understanding of telephony and CTI systems (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya).
- Strong independent work ethic while effectively managing multiple projects.
- Previous experience in an Agile working environment is advantageous.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and administration is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
